Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TicketHub Pro (the "Service"), a multi-tenant SaaS platform for travel agencies. By creating an account or using the Service, you (the "Agency") agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Each agency is a separate tenant; your data is logically isolated from other agencies.
2. Subscriptions & trial
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with an optional free trial. Access continues for the paid term and may be suspended when a subscription expires or is not renewed. Plan features and prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other tenants' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the ticket, client and financial data you enter.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service (e.g. generating invoices, sending notifications). You are responsible for obtaining any consent needed from your own clients/passengers.
5. Third-party integrations
Optional integrations (GDS capture, AI extraction, email/WhatsApp delivery) use credentials and API keys you provide. You are responsible for complying with those providers' terms and for any usage charges they bill you.
6. Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance. Contact us at support@tickethubpro.com.
