Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription payments made to TicketHub Pro for use of the platform. (It does not relate to airline ticket refunds your agency processes for its own clients — those are handled inside the app.)
1. Free trial
Every plan includes a free trial. No payment is taken during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends without any charge.
2. Subscription fees
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen term (monthly or annual). Renewal keeps your access active for the next term.
3. Refund eligibility
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of a new subscription or renewal charge. Refunds are not provided for partial periods after this window, or where the account has breached the Terms of Service.
4. How to request
Email support@tickethubpro.com from your registered address with your agency name and the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the current paid term and is not auto-renewed thereafter.
