Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TicketHub Pro collects, uses and protects information when travel agencies ("you") use our platform.
1. Information we collect
Account data: your name, agency name, email, phone. Operational data: tickets, clients/passengers, vendors, invoices, payments and related records you enter. Technical data: log and usage information for security and reliability.
2. How we use it
To provide and operate the Service — generating invoices, capturing tickets, sending notifications you enable, and producing reports. We do not sell your data.
3. Multi-tenant isolation
Each agency's data is isolated using row-level security. Staff can only see data within their own agency, and only the modules their permissions allow.
4. Third parties & sub-processors
We use trusted infrastructure (database/hosting) to run the Service. Optional features you turn on may send data to providers you configure — e.g. Google Gemini for ticket reading, or your email/WhatsApp gateway. Those providers process data under their own policies.
5. Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards (encrypted transport, access controls, audit logs). API keys you store are used server-side only and are never exposed to the browser. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and protect your credentials.
6. Data retention & your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. You can export or request deletion of your data. Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. financial records).
